Incubeta has announced Ash Rane as its new Client Director for Data in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This appointment follows the company's acquisition of Persuasion and the promotion of Sam Shennan to the role of Regional CEO, APAC.
Ash Rane brings over two decades of experience across various industry verticals, including finance, government, ecommerce, and travel. Prior to joining Incubeta, he served as the Global Director for Cloud and Martech at Xpon, where he focused on maximising clients' media budgets by targeting campaigns effectively. He also held prior roles as Principal Analytics Consultant and later as Data and Analytics Director at Jellyfish, where he specialised in optimising marketing spends through the Google Marketing Platform.
As the new Client Director for Data in the APAC region, Rane will be addressing key challenges faced by the marketing industry, such as evolving privacy laws and changing user expectations. His role will involve ensuring that clients can clearly communicate a fair value exchange, thereby enabling Incubeta to develop expert analytics-backed, first-party data strategies.

This will help clients scale their capabilities and build upon Incubeta's solid foundation by implementing measurement plans, journey mappings, and personalised maturity pathways.
