Newgen Software partners with Fadata to boost efficiency

Today

Newgen Software has announced an extended partnership with Fadata to enhance the integration between document management and insurance process management.

The collaboration involves integrating Newgen's Omnidocs Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution with Fadata's INSIS insurance management platform. This strategic alliance aims to streamline document management processes, improve compliance, and enhance customer experience for insurers by centralising systems and making operations more efficient. The integration is expected to boost operational productivity while reducing costs, thus allowing insurers to manage complex processes more effectively.

Neyko Bratoev, Head of Fadata Ecosystem, commented on the partnership, "Insurers deal with large quantities of digital documentation, making document management a high priority. Having a specialist solution helps to reduce manual handling, optimize workflows and increase productivity. Newgen's highly recognized OmniDocs does that with aplomb. Together, we can support insurers to focus on the service they deliver to their clients."

Rajvinder Singh Kohli, Senior Vice President at Newgen, also shared his insights, stating, "This collaboration is a game-changer for the insurance industry. With Newgen's Enterprise Content Management and Document generation capabilities seamlessly embedded into the INSIS platform, insurers can now manage their content-heavy processes and generate customer communication with unprecedented efficiency by simplifying complex processes and improving access to vital information; we are enabling clients to focus on what truly matters—delivering exceptional service to their customers."

The integration of Newgen's ECM solution with Fadata's cloud-based INSIS platform aligns with the efforts to help insurers handle content-rich processes more effectively. This evolution is part of a broader strategy to improve the way insurers manage documentation and compliance, ultimately focusing on enhancing the customer experience.
