Oracle names 2025 global and regional partner winners

Oracle announced the winners of its 2025 Partner Awards this week at its AI World event in Las Vegas. The awards recognise organisations across global and regional categories for innovation, customer success and excellence in cloud and applications.

This year's honours span various areas from technology to software-as-a-service (SaaS), industry solutions and cloud-managed service providers.

Global awards

Among the global winners, NVIDIA received the Technology and Cloud AI Innovation Award for its contributions to artificial intelligence. Deloitte took the AI Innovation Award in the Service Partner Technology and Cloud category, while Broadpin was recognised for customer success. Cognizant received the Transformation Breakthrough Award, and Tech Mahindra was named winner of the OCI Breakthrough Award.

Accenture won the Data Platform Breakthrough Award, further underlining its presence across multiple Oracle service categories. PwC was a repeat winner, securing both the AI Innovation and Customer Success awards in the Service Partner SaaS Applications segment. KPMG Australia earned the ERP Breakthrough Award, while Accenture added the SCM Breakthrough Award to its list of global achievements. Deloitte received the HCM Breakthrough Award, and Apex IT won in the CX Breakthrough category.

In the Industry Solutions categories, RPC was honoured for construction and engineering solutions, PwC for financial services, and Techsol Life Sciences for health and life science innovations. HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems won in the hospitality category, and Retail Consult was recognised for retail.

In the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) field, Palo Alto Networks was named Global ISV Partner of the Year. Inoapps took the CMSP Partner of the Year title, while Arrow Electronics received both the Global Distributor and Global Cloud Distributor of the Year awards.

Regional recognition

AI Shift won the AI Innovation Award in Service Partner Technology and Cloud, with DSP recognised for customer success. Accenture, Cognizant, Fujitsu and MULTICÓMPUTOS S.R.L. each earned awards for digital transformation, OCI breakthroughs, data platforms and engineered systems, respectively.

Within the SaaS Applications regional segment, PwC won for AI Innovation, IBM Japan for Customer Success and KPMG Australia for Fusion Applications. Deloitte took the HCM Breakthrough Award, while Accenture and Mastek were recognised for ERP and SCM breakthroughs, respectively. Innovacx Tech Labs Pvt. was named the winner for CX Breakthrough. Syntax received the CMSP Partner of the Year Award, and INGRAM MICRO Brasil earned the Cloud Distributor of the Year title.

Across the APAC

In the Asia Pacific region, Infosys Technologies took home two awards for AI Innovation and Customer Success, while Bharti Airtel was awarded for Digital Transformation Breakthrough. Get On for OCI Breakthrough, SV Technologies for Data Platforms and UCLICK for Oracle Engineered Systems Breakthrough.

PwC received the AI Innovation award for SaaS service partners with MPC Cloud for Customer Success. KPMG for Fusion Applications Breakthrough and Deloitte for ERP and HCM. Accenture received the SCM Breakthrough Award, while Innovacx took home the award for CX Breakthrough.

PlantAsset and HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems were awarded in Construction and Hospitality solutions, respectively. Shenzhen Agilewing Technology was CMSP Partner of the Year while PT. Mega Buana Teknologi won the Breakthrough Distributor Award.

North America honourees

In North America, CLOUDVICE was named winner of the AI Innovation Award in Service Partner Technology and Cloud, while Concept Plus received the Customer Success Award. Accenture was again recognised for digital transformation, alongside Cognizant, Jade Global, and Sycomp, which won in the OCI, Data Platform, and Engineered Systems categories, respectively.

PwC secured three awards in SaaS Applications - AI Innovation, Fusion Apps Breakthrough and SCM Breakthrough - while Infosys Limited earned the Customer Success Award. Accenture took ERP Breakthrough this year. KPMG won the HCM Breakthrough Award, and Infovity received the CX Breakthrough Award.

In Industry Solutions, Consertus was recognised for its construction and engineering solutions, BTM Global for retail, and Abjayon for utilities. Cohere received the ISV AI Innovation Award, Rite Software was acknowledged for application innovation, and Palo Alto Networks was recognised for ISV Security. Syntax rounded out the North American winners as CMSP Partner of the Year.

Japan awards

In Japan, AI Shift earned the AI Innovation Award, while NS Solutions Corporation was recognised for Customer Success. Fujitsu won for Digital Transformation, Accenture Japan for OCI, and Hitachi for Data Platform breakthroughs. K.K. Ashisuto received the Engineered Systems Award.

IBM Japan took the Customer Success Award in SaaS Applications, with Nakamoto & Associates, TIS Inc. and ADX Consulting Inc. recognised across Fusion Apps, ERP and SCM categories.

EMEA winners

In the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, Wind Integrated Solutions took home the AI Innovation Award, and DSP received the Customer Success Award for Technology and Cloud services. Accenture and Cognizant were recognised for digital transformation and OCI breakthroughs, while Fujitsu and Infosys Limited won for data platforms and engineered systems, respectively.

Conneqtion Group led the SaaS Applications AI category, with Software Consultancy acknowledged for Customer Success. Deloitte Middle East took the Fusion Apps Breakthrough Award, while Accenture, Mastek, Cognizant and Innovacx Tech Labs Pvt. each received honours across ERP, SCM, HCM and CX categories.

Among industry-specific awards, NEC Aspire Technology Limited was recognised for Communications, Gaea Global Technologies for Construction and Engineering, and ACT for Hospitality. Techno Q won in the Restaurants category, and Tria was acknowledged in the Retail category. In ISV, WEKA took the Rising Star Award, Reply received CMSP Partner of the Year, and Mindware won Cloud Distributor of the Year with Redington winning Distributor Breakthrough and Logicom winning in the mid-market growth category.
