Workhuman reveals new Admin Hub features to boost programme management

Workhuman, the employee recognition specialist, has announced a significant update to its Admin Hub, aiming to provide enhanced control and insights for Programme Managers overseeing their company's recognition initiatives. This new reporting feature is set to streamline processes, centralise experiences, and upgrade functionality to revolutionise programme management and reporting.

The updated Reporting functionality within Admin Hub addresses the rigidity often associated with traditional HR reporting systems. By enhancing the process of customising and disseminating data, it improves collaboration in the analysis and interpretation of data. This transformation is designed to empower managers with the necessary tools to adapt report details to an organisation’s specific needs, making reporting more efficient and user-friendly.

Within the Admin Hub, the data derived from an organisation's Social Recognition programme can provide profound insights. These include metrics such as the percentage of employees who give or receive recognition, the frequency with which recognition is given, and the monetary values associated with each award. The enhanced reporting features now allow for more effective management and access, making it easier to track programme outcomes and impacts.

The Manage Reports feature is a key component of this update. This functionality is designed to equip HR and business leaders with the intelligence required to turn recognition into tangible business success. The feature allows programme managers to create and customise reports to meet the specific requirements of different department leaders. It also permits real-time modifications to data measures and fields, addressing dynamic business initiatives and incorporating visual elements such as charts and graphs to aid data presentation and communication.

The Manage Reports feature also enhances the efficiency of data communication across the organisation by presenting reports in an accessible, self-service manner. This makes data more comprehensible and actionable for various stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making processes.

Another critical component of the update is the Report Access function, which simplifies access management within an organisation. This new feature reduces the reliance on complex Excel files or additional support from Workhuman’s account teams. It enables Programme Managers to authorise users across the company to access centralised reports, easing the burden of ad-hoc data requests.

With the My Reports feature, authorised users can effortlessly find the data they need, viewing and downloading report information as required. They have access to three main report types: Award Activity Reports, Recognition Intelligence, and, if applicable, Conversations. These report types cover a comprehensive view of recognition program performance, including participation rates and performance metrics.
