Baya Systems adds industry leaders to board after funding

Baya Systems has announced the inclusion of two notable figures in the semiconductor industry, Manish Muthal and Siva Yerramilli, to its Board of Directors following its recent Series B funding.

The two new board members bring a wealth of experience in semiconductor technology and software, enhancing Baya Systems' leadership team alongside Chairman Jim Keller, CEO Dr. Sailesh Kumar, and Matrix Capital General Partner Stan Reiss.

Manish Muthal currently serves as Senior Managing Director at Maverick Silicon and has previously held leadership roles at leading technology firms including Intel, LSI, Xilinx, and Broadcom. He has also founded venture-backed startups within the semiconductor industry.

Joining him on the board, Siva Yerramilli, who is the Senior Vice President of the Corporate Incubation Group at Synopsys, Inc., brings his expertise in solutions spanning electronic design automation and silicon IP. Yerramilli has been pivotal at Intel in enabling technology and developing products
