Eltropy will attend more than a dozen industry gatherings focused on credit unions, community banks and technology partners this autumn.

The schedule includes meetings on lending, collections, contact centres, operations, member experience and banking technology. Eltropy plans to use the events to discuss the role of agentic artificial intelligence in customer interactions and internal workflows at community financial institutions.

The company sells communications software to credit unions and community banks. Its Unified Conversations Platform is used by more than 750 community financial institutions across North America. Eltropy says the platform combines artificial intelligence with text, voice, video, chat and automation tools for lending, servicing, collections, marketing, contact centres and branch operations.

The autumn calendar includes events run by industry associations and technology partners, along with specialist conferences on collections, lending and contact centres. The named gatherings include United Creditors Connect Conference, Fiserv Forum Client Conference, America's Credit Unions Collections & Bankruptcy School, America's Credit Unions Operations & Member Experience and Technology Council Conference, Temenos Regional Forum Americas, Sharetec User Conference, GoWest MAXX, International Credit Union Contact Centre Conference, Jack Henry Connect, America's Credit Unions Lending Council Conference, Kinective User Conference, VentureTech, Future Branches Austin and Filene Bright Minds.

AI focus

The announcement reflects a broader discussion in community banking and the credit union sector about where artificial intelligence can be applied in day-to-day operations. The company cited member experience, contact centre work, lending and collections.

Ashish Garg, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eltropy, said institutions are moving beyond general discussions of artificial intelligence and looking more closely at practical uses. He said the events would give the company a chance to hear from organisations shaping their own approaches.

"Credit unions and community banks have moved past just exploring AI. Now they're figuring out where it actually helps their members, their employees, and their operations," said Ashish Garg, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Eltropy.

He said there is also value in hearing from decision-makers across multiple functions.

"These events give us a chance to hear directly from the people shaping their institutions' AI strategies across member experience, contact center operations, collections, lending and more, and to show how Eltropy brings those capabilities together in one platform instead of leaving credit unions and community banks to stitch together disconnected tools," Garg said.

Sector reach

The list spans both national forums and more specialised meetings, reflecting how technology suppliers pursue buyers and partners across several layers of the financial services market. In this case, Eltropy is targeting credit unions, community banks and the core technology ecosystems that serve them.

Nandita Verma, Vice President of Marketing at Eltropy, said those conversations take place across different types of industry meeting rather than in a single venue. She linked the company's event presence to product development and market feedback.

"The most valuable industry conversations don't happen in only one place," said Nandita Verma, Vice President of Marketing, Eltropy.

She added that the company wants exposure to candid discussions across a wide range of institutions.

"They happen at national conferences, association gatherings, technology partner events, and specialized forums where leaders are candid about the problems they're actually trying to solve. Showing up across all of those gives us a clearer view of what institutions are dealing with, and that's what shapes what we build," Verma said.

For suppliers in this market, event schedules can also signal which areas of banking operations they see as spending priorities. Eltropy's list places particular emphasis on functions where customer communication, collections activity and lending workflows intersect with automation and artificial intelligence tools.

Community financial institutions have been under pressure to modernise digital service while managing costs and staffing demands. That has made contact centres, collections teams and loan operations frequent testing grounds for software vendors offering tools designed to reduce manual work and manage customer interactions across a broader mix of channels.

Eltropy says its platform is integrated with more than 50 banking systems. Credit unions and community banks use it across the consumer lifecycle, from lending and servicing to collections, marketing, contact centres and branch operations.
