Lyric moves headquarters to Nashville after Concert deal

Lyric has moved its headquarters to Nashville following its acquisition of Concert.
The healthcare decision intelligence group's new base is at 333 Commerce St., Suite 1400. Its office in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, will remain open, and it will continue to operate offices in Manila and Hyderabad.
The move places Lyric in one of the largest healthcare centres in the US. The Nashville region is home to 900 healthcare companies, including 17 publicly traded groups, supports more than 370,000 healthcare-sector jobs, and generates more than USD $70 billion in economic impact.
The new headquarters will serve as a hub for client meetings and sessions involving Lyric's clinical and strategic advisory boards. The site also includes meeting spaces for executive briefings, workshops, and internal operations.
The decision follows a period of expansion, during which Lyric has used acquisitions to add new products and expertise. It acquired ClaimShark in 2025 and bought Concert in July 2026, broadening its reach in payment integrity, audit automation, and machine-readable clinical policy.
Those deals are part of a broader push to deepen Lyric's role in payment decisions for health plans. The company says its platform coordinates rules, workflows, and policy in real time as insurers face pressure to make payment decisions that can be audited and explained.
Lyric works with more than 100 health plan clients and validates more than 10 billion claims each year. It says clients have achieved more than USD $20 billion in annual savings, while 60% have worked with the business for a median of 24 years.
The company employs more than 700 people and said the Nashville headquarters will add roles over time in product, engineering, clinical, and client-facing teams.
Lyric's footprint in Nashville was strengthened by the Concert acquisition. Rob Metcalf, General Manager, Lyric Concert, had already established a presence in the city before the deal, and Lyric highlighted his local ties through Vanderbilt University, Nashville Capital Network, and the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows programme.
Chief Executive Officer Halsey Wise linked the move to the company's next stage of expansion.
"Nashville is where the future of healthcare is being built, and establishing our headquarters here puts Lyric at the center of that momentum," said Wise.
"This move reflects the next phase of our growth, our innovation, and our investment in client value creation as we create the most innovative and impactful company in healthcare decision intelligence."
Metcalf also connected the relocation to Concert's history in the city and to the combined group's plans after the acquisition.
"Nashville has enabled Concert's work in precision health payment accuracy to grow and thrive since our founding in 2010, and it's a natural home for Lyric's headquarters as we expand upon that work together," said Metcalf.
Lyric said it supports 200 million lives and counts nine of the top 10 US health plans among its users.
The Nashville relocation also gives Lyric closer access to a large concentration of healthcare organisations and industry professionals. The company said the new office is intended to support collaboration with clients and partners across the healthcare sector. It will also provide a base for employees involved in the company's expanding product and advisory operations.
Lyric expects the Nashville location to become an important part of its wider US operations as the business grows. The company plans to maintain its existing presence in Pennsylvania while continuing to support its international teams in Asia. The continued operation of those offices will allow Lyric to maintain its existing geographic footprint while establishing Nashville as its central headquarters.
The relocation follows the company's strategy of combining technology, clinical expertise and payment policy to address challenges facing health plans. Its recent acquisitions have expanded the range of capabilities available through the business.
Lyric's investment in Nashville also reflects the city's established position within the US healthcare industry. The company said further hiring and investment at the new headquarters will take place as it continues to expand its healthcare decision intelligence platform.
