Tricentis, a global specialist in continuous testing and quality engineering, has reported exceptional growth in its application testing partnership with SAP. The partnership, which launched in 2020, witnessed a remarkable YoY revenue growth of 46% and a 40% increase in new customers in 2023 alone, marking a record year for the collaboration.
With its inclusion in SAP's Solution Extensions, Tricentis has been able to extend SAP application lifecycle management services. It provides top-notch testing and software quality assurance capabilities that complement and integrate with SAP software. Tricentis' solution is then tested, validated, and approved by SAP, who also market, sell, and support the solution.
From its inception in 2020, several global enterprises leveraging SAP solutions have taken on board the Tricentis application testing platform. This move has facilitated their business transformations, expedited operations migration to the cloud, and has de-risked the process. In 2023, the partnership made substantial progress, not only in revenue growth but also in the number of new customer acquisitions.
In addition to its existing offerings, Tricentis products became available on the SAP Store. This includes apps like Tricentis Vera and Tricentis NeoLoad, among others. Tricentis also integrated its Test Automation for SAP with SAP Cloud ALM, providing businesses using SAP solutions with Enterprise Support, enhanced test orchestration in SAP Cloud ALM, directly from the cloud at no additional cost.
In this groundbreaking year, Tricentis also received two partner awards from SAP. These accolades included an SAP EMEA South Partner Excellence Award and a Partner of the Year award for SAP Solution Extension from SAP Germanys Diamant Initiative. It was also nominated as a finalist for the 2023 SAP Pinnacle Awards in Partner Solution Success.
Large organisations like Vodafone and Flowers Foods have successfully used the SAP solution extension by Tricentis to boost their Quality Assurance (QA) and application testing requirements.
